Return policy

According to the European Directive 2011/83, implemented in Italy with the Legislative Decree of December 3, 2013, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations. (In terms of the law, the right of withdrawal can be exercised by the customer within 14 days of receipt of the goods purchased.)

The Matranga SRL company, aware of the quality of its products, extends the right of withdrawal 28 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

For the customer it will be enough to send an e-mail to, indicating the wish to proceed with the withdrawal, simply providing the order number associated with their purchase and accompanying the request with photos that certify the status of products for which you intend to take advantage of the right of withdrawal.

With the e-mail, after receiving feedback from our offices, the customer is required to return the goods that must be packed accurately to avoid damage during shipment. The product must be complete with everything originally contained. The only cost you will be charged is shipping costs to return the product, the Matranga S.r.l. which will contact the courier in order to agree with the customer how to collect the goods.

At the delivery of the goods Matranga s.r.l. will check the integrity of the product and the presence of all the items accompanying the original. In case of damage to the product (bumps, scratches, furrows, cracks, or other) caused by the customer or shipping, Matranga s.r.l. will give notice of what has been detected for the reimbursement of the value of the product.

The company will reimburse all payments received from the consumer without undue delay within 10 working days from the day on which it received the products subject to withdrawal request. The consumer is responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operations of the goods. To establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods the consumer should only manipulate them and inspect them in the same way that they would be allowed to do so in a store. As a result, during the withdrawal period the consumer should manipulate and inspect the goods with due diligence.
