On matranga.it you can register in a few simple clicks, to speed up the purchase phase. At the time of registration you are asked for a first name, last name, an email address and a password, which you can change at any time. Within your account you can enter your personal data, the shipping address and check the summary of your orders. Once registered, with each purchase you will not need to provide the shipping address and other necessary data, as already registered on the portal. It is however possible, even when registered, to enter a different shipping address or modify the one already present.

Buying on Matranga Jewelry is very intuitive: simply browse through the existing product categories and select the one you want to buy. Inside the product sheet you can consult the product details and images, and add the product to the cart by clicking on the appropriate button. Products can be added and removed from the cart at any time before closing the order. 

To continue with the purchase, select the item "Proceed to Checkout" on the shopping cart page and fill in the fields with the required data. In the case of registered users, if their personal data have already been registered in the personal account, they will appear automatically, otherwise it will be possible to store them on the first registration. At the time of purchase you will be asked to choose the payment method and you will be shown any shipping costs. By clicking on "Place order" proceed with the purchase. In case of payment by credit card you will be redirected automatically to a secure payment platform on which to enter your data. 

Matranga SRL makes use of the right to cancel orders that have already been completed and paid for, in the event that clearly incorrect product prices have been defined online, the amounts received in these cases will be promptly refunded to customers.

The products we sell are original, guaranteed and of reliable source. There is nothing worse than saving a few euros and discovering that the warranty is not valid in our country or that the product is counterfeit. 

We prefer to be very transparent, even at the cost of losing some business. We are Jewelers in Sicily since 1896, Rolex authorized dealers since 1921 and authorized dealers of other prestigious brands. Each used product is reviewed and overhauled by our Rolex technicians.

The Italian law provides, for any remote purchased product, the possibility of returning a purchase within 14 working days and be 100% reimbursed (Matranga SRL extends the right of withdrawal 28 days from the date of receipt of goods). The only cost you will be charged is shipping costs to return the product. The existence of a specific rule guarantees you 100%.
